At Jewel Trendz, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of our fine jewelry. We provide a limited 5-year warranty covering jewelry craftsmanship and all stones up to 0.50 carats. This 5-year warranty certifies the content, quality, and workmanship of your piece.

To maintain the 5-year warranty on your setting, your item must be inspected every six months at our store. During this complimentary service, we will:
✔ Check the setting for security
✔ Clean and inspect for damage due to normal wear
✔ Perform routine refinishing as needed

This maintenance ensures the integrity of your jewelry. Failure to comply with the required inspections every six months will void the 5-year warranty.

• Damage      due to abuse, improper care, or modifications will void the warranty.
• Any      alterations to the setting or design may impact coverage.
• All      center diamonds, gemstones, or any stone over 0.50 carats must be      separately insured and are not covered under this warranty.

 Yes. We offer professional jewelry appraisals for insurance, estate, and resale purposes. Each appraisal is conducted by experienced professionals and includes comprehensive written documentation. Appraisal pricing begins at $100 per item. 

 Yes. We offer full-service jewelry repair performed entirely in-house. Services include ring sizing, chain and clasp repair, stone replacement, prong retipping, polishing, plating, and complete restorations. No repairs are outsourced. 

 Yes. We are trusted buyers of gold. All items are weighed and evaluated transparently in-store by experienced professionals, with offers based on current market prices. We offer highly competitive payouts, with the option of immediate cash or enhanced trade-in value toward jewelry purchases. 

 Yes. Complimentary professional jewelry cleaning and inspection are available for most fine jewelry. This includes checking stones and settings for security. 

 Yes. We provide professional ring sizing for most gold, silver, and platinum rings, whether purchased from us or elsewhere. Each ring is carefully evaluated by our experienced jewelers to determine the appropriate sizing method while preserving the integrity of the design. 

Yes, we offer in-store repairs and alterations. All repairs and alterations are carried out on-site by our master craftsman, ensuring that your jewelry receives the highest level of care and expertise. We do not send any repairs out, so you can trust that your pieces are in good hands right here.
